CF Toronto Eaton Centre Shopping Mall latest repurposing project was to convert the current space (former head office of Sears Canada) into a new office space for Cadillac Fairview’s incoming tenant BMO. The Sears store occupied floors from level 6 to 9 with a total approximate rental area of 350,000 ft². With Queen’s Quay Architects International, Alula Lighting Design provided lighting design for the project.
